My Mother moved in two years ago, she loves it! She stays busy with activities and games with other residents. Any issue she has had questions about, were resolved quickly and efficiently. Everyone she has met from Diakon, from even before she moved in has been very helpful and easy to work with. She is Happy! That makes me Happy too! Thank you Diakon team for doing more than you said you would. I'm very impressed ! ! !

A elderly person should not have to wait for 50 minutes to wait for someone to take a bowel movement then get attitude when they need to be cleaned up. Care is horrible. 2 aids to 28 elderly patients.

Worked my first shift here last night with some absolutely wonderful nurses and aides. They were so kind and helpful and I just want to say you have some really amazing people working here. The supervisor was also extremely helpful guiding me to the correct area as I got lost entering the building lol. I loved getting to interact with the residents here. Olivia the unit manager on D3 is race's against Spanish speaking people..she's mean against employers and residents who speaks Spanish it's very sad that someone in her position acts so unprofessional they need to put someone who is highly qualified in her position to take over before things get outta hand just saying..besides that it's a great place.

When mother was not able to get in wheelchair by herself. They made her feel like she was a burden. For someone who worked their whole life. It is very depressing to depend on others. Even her food tray was taken away five min after arriving. When ask they said she won't eat anyway.Family was there when she ask to get out of bed. They said well you won't get back in bed till late. Definitely would not recommend.
