I read an article about the benefits of sauna/red light and decided to try it. I felt better after my session. The center is clean and quiet. I plan on going back.
Wonderful experience with the couples red light sauna. The length of appointment, heat, light, size of sauna were all perfect. I also had an amazing night of sleep following our appointment!
I have been receiving care at Lux for about a year. I average one appt per week. Emily is great, she is thoughtful, respectful and honest. My lower back and shoulders are doing much better!
