Did a contrast therapy and OMG it was incredible!! Loved the space and staff and felt sooo good afterwards. 100% going back again!
Very courteous staff and very neat & organized facilities. I had never tried the Halo therapy before and was pleased with the results: my skin felt amazing and my sinuses including some "jaw/teeth pain that I now believe was sinus related" were completely cleared up after just 20min session. I will definitely recommend and I'll be back again too
Perfect calming setting for a date night! We did the cold plunge and sauna. The contrast package. We were provided water, towels and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend!
