I recently was privileged to have the opportunity to experience the amazing talent of Courtney Rudin's cupping...I've have chronic shoulder pain for years and had relief for over a week after the first treatment...she creates a safe and loving space...I left regenerated and grounded...treat yourself to the cups of Courtney Rudin!!
I recently attended the awakening and activation retreat at the Luminary Collective, and I can't recommend it enough! My weekend was filled with gratitude, grace, awareness, love, and friendship.
