Jim is one of the most disgusting people I've ever come across in my entire life. Horrible to work with. One of the biggest red flags signs when looking for a job, is how long a person lasts in the position being hired for. I don't care how bad you need a job, do not work for this monster. Selling oranges on the side of the road is more peaceful, it's not worth it. He can not keep an employee, he's disgusting. The only other person who works for him in the back office, isn't much better. Both are nasty people.
