I am so grateful to have met Laura. As a business owner, I have my ups and downs and today's session with Laura really helped me learn the tools to navigate and process certain feelings and emotions. We did some breathwork exercises and wow, just a few subtle changes makes such a difference. She is so knowledgeable, and makes you feel 100% comfortable. I run a small marketing business and had a session with Laura to go through my extended DISC assessment. It was amazing to see how it resonated with me, it helped me understand how I'm using my energy when im working and what areas I needed to work on (spreadsheets and analytics are not my strong suit) . It has given me much more self awareness and I can use the information to work on how I communicate with different people and to improve on my sales talks. I highly recommend Laura !

I recent did a breath work and ice bath session with Laura, and LOVED it! It was my first ever ice bath and I didn't know if I could do it as I can't even take a cold shower, but the breath work prior was the perfect preparation and Laura and the other participants were so supportive. Can't recommend it highly enough!
