Disappointing experience. I was gifted a gift certificate to this spa and chose to use it for a pedicure, hoping for a relaxing and professional experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The room was brightly lit and felt unsanitary. I came in multiple contact with bugs, and even had one sitting in my styrofoam cup of hot tea. DeShawn is an excellent therapist. He helped ease my pain and I was finally able to relax. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

Manny is truly a master of the craft— professional and incredibly skilled. He takes the time to understand my needs and customizes the massage perfectly. I leave feeling refreshed and completely rejuvenated. If you’re looking for the best massage in town, this is the place! I recommend The Lotus Day Spa to everyone I know. It’s worth the drive to downtown Hattiesburg!
