A very honest business! Hard to come by these days. I purchased some snickers and was unsure about the size after I had placed the order, the customer service was so quick and exceptional especially when payment had been authorised. I had a reply the next day given the time difference in Australia and was advised it was a wrong US size i selected and they were happy to fully refund, which i checked happened straight away. So impressed and will definitely be shopping here again, such a great experience for new shopper.
Absolutely thrilled with my experience! Managed to source a last minute Christmas gift. The timing was tight but delighted to have it delivered interstate within two days beautifully gift wrapped and a personalized card as well. I purchased some Weck jars for my sourdough starter. Extremely fast dispatch, and wrapped beautifully with a hand written note. Exemplary! Far beyond what I was expecting
Terrible experience. I ordered 2 items by mistake instead of 1. Emailed asap and explained to remove and refund for the double up. Email received that it would occur with no problems as the packing staff were informed. I received the same order and they will not respond to my 2 emails addressing this. Poor customer. I would not buy again or refer. And I spent over $160 with them on the order.
