High quality products and friendly employees. Not the normal tourist trinket shop. My favorite store in Juneau!
What an amazing store! So much cooler than some of the tourist-trap stuff that's near the boats. Staff was super friendly, knowledgable, and took the time to answer all our questions. We even got to speak with the owner at length while we were there. Note this is not in the touristy area right off the boats. If you walk a couple minutes up the street towards the Red Dog Saloon, it's directly across the street next to a jewelry store. Beautiful but pricey merchandise with friendly helpful sales people. I fell in love with a gorgeous leather backpack with moose hide accents which I had to have. Since the tourist season was almost over I was given a generous discount. The Loom is not a run of the mill tourist shop. Items are definitely unique. And merchandise is packed in super cool bags!
