Lovely souvenir store with amazing handmade quilts! Beautiful stunning view!!
We loved this shop and urge you not to let its diminutive size fool you, as it is packed with well-made local craft items and a very kind owner. Here I found a handmade bag perfect for a friend who knits. She loves the size of the bag, the high quality, and that she can knit right from the top of the bag when its sturdy top is open.
Beautiful shop next to the Fogo head hiking trail. The owner is super sweet and told us lots of stories about the island. She makes the quilts and other knitting products like gloves and scarfs. Totally worth the visit.
We were looking for some quilts and many locals highly recommended this place. We finally got there and wow! What a treat. The owner was very nice. Showed us and recommended some to us. Ended up buying very nice one. Will definitely visit and patronize the again in the future. Highly recommended. PS. For those who like to hike there is a very nice hiking trail just across the store.
