I walked in and the person at the front desk was helping someone. As a person with respect I looked around the store waiting to be helped. A customer walked into the store 2 to 5 minutes after me. They were greeted by the store staff before me and asked if they need help. The unprofessional behavior of the person at the front desk is beyond belief. The only person that was more rude than her is the customer that came in before me do not shop here
Want to give a shout out to the staff at the Looking Glass. They are the best! I have been in several times and they fix my glasses every time (my own fault) with smiles and are so curtious and polite. They go out of their way to help you out. They have the best Customer Service!!
The most convenient experience I ever have getting a new glasses! Fast, efficient and they submitted my claim. I wish I went to them a lot sooner. Hope is very helpful. I will come back and also recommend this place
