The Look has a great selection of high end, designer furniture. Do not be fooled by the sticker price during the going-out-business sale. Everything is negotiable, and I got some good deals.
Funny they just had a similar sale advertised at 70% 2 years ago, but nothing was really 70% off. This time is pretty much the same. Their pricing was pretty arbitrary and the strategy was really to see how much you are willing to pay. We saw a leather couch for $28,000; even REALLY 70% off, it would still cost $9000 with tax. Their sales explains that somehow their “special” leather costs more but I have seen real top grain Italian leather going for $5,500 with the latest gadgets. I was out running errands when a giant “STORE CLOSING FOREVER! 70% OFF EVERYTHING!” sign practically screamed at me from across the road.
