I received excellent service! It was great to work with Joanne who helped with the measurements of my viola to make sure it would fit in the case I wanted. The case was shipped immediately!
Last week I went there to rent a violin for me and I am a beginner and they helped to figure it out nice. They are so cooperative and friendly. I liked their wonderful behaviors.
