Had a great experience. I was trying to get ahold of a particular hard-to-find violin case to fit a 5-string fiddle that I have. Joanne at LIVS went above and beyond to get me what I needed! Strongly recommend them.
I tried to buy a violin 4/4 to my son, he's a beginner in his school, but they have only expensive prices...finally I can found at Amazon better prices.

I had absolutely worst experience here. I emailed them for selling the violin and they said price is not determined yet but the violin looks interesting and bring it for pricing and selling. So I made an appointment and I sent a reminder the day before visiting because I live 2hours of driving away from the violin shop. So I met him on weekends morning and the owner, Ruffino, checked my violin like less than 3 seconds and said oh I am not interested and Carole has miscommunication and didn’t say any proper apology.
