A month before my first visit they assured me they would get my labs from my previous doctor so they could review at my appointment. They did not have them. I filled out paperwork at my wasted office visit so they could request them. Two months and several calls and emails later the owner contacted me to say they couldn't get them. I got them myself. Bella is amazing!! I am fair skinned with extremely sensitive skin, and the facials I get at Bella-BMR Beauty are not only effective (hello extractions!) but more importantly leave my skin looking and feeling amazing. NONE of those "breakouts for weeks on end" horror stories! Bella has a great touch and her facials (and electrolysis treatments) cannot be beat. Run, don't walk there.
