Living here has been a disappointing experience. While the exterior of the property is aesthetically pleasing, the construction quality leaves much to be desired. I've only been here for a few months and have already dealt with numerous issues. Noise complaints are a constant problem, with one neighbor in particular being both inconsiderate and entitled. This place sucks. I've lived here for 11 years. Walls and windows are paper thin, folks don't pick up after their pets, trash room constantly overflowing, don't shovel snow off sidewalks fire alarms always going off, and hot water/plumbing issues, just to name the big ones. 07/11/24 update (~one year later): The HOA acquired a new management company, and this one has been a lot better.
