I went to go get my hair done, albeit a bit last minute but based off the description of the services I booked a color retouch and haircut. Got an email saying they can’t do it and then after explaining what I had wanted done said they could do it. I got there at my appointment time. Waited for 15 minutes after my appointment and then explained to the hairstylist what I wanted and she said she couldn’t do it. So I asked for a retouch on my toner and a haircut. They stole our money. we made a mistake and thought our appt. was Wednesday instead of Tuesday. They called and said we could get 45 minutes still if we came now. We rushed over there only for them to change their minds and decide they would instead just like to steal our money and have zero compassion for a mistake( $300.) My friend who made the appt. has recently gone through a death in the family and her husband having cancer which is why she made the mistake. One email for each service was sent as a reminder.
