They stole our money. we made a mistake and thought our appt. was Wednesday instead of Tuesday. They called and said we could get 45 minutes still if we came now. We rushed over there only for them to change their minds and decide they would instead just like to steal our money and have zero compassion for a mistake( $300.) My massage with Octavia was the best I’ve had! The Loft is unbelievably clean, smells incredible, and was a phenomenal experience from shoes off at the front door all the way though!
