Been coming here for years for my hydrafacials and lash lifts and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The care and attention they give to your unique skin, brows, features, etc., is absolutely commendable, especially in a world where everyone wants to look the same and get the same procedures.
I had such a great experience at The Loft. The atmosphere is 10/10: the space is so calming and beautiful, and smells SO nice. Kylie is so wonderful. She is personable, kind, and gentle. She does a great job explaining what shes doing & what affects it’ll have on my skin. She is truly excellent at what she does and I had such a lovely experience!
Very relaxing and inviting spa. My first time I felt very welcomed and treated like I was spending a million bucks. My second time was very consistent with my first visit except when I walked in I was welcomed by name😊 again I was very impressed with my results!! Booking an appointment is very easy and prices are reasonable for the service provided. Last minute booked and I found a little oasis right off a very busy city street.
From the moment I walked in it was exactly the self care I needed. Betty was to attentive and amazing and the loft is like a retreat within Baltimore.
