The care here is really disappointing. The only RN is inconsistent, constantly overwhelmed, and looks exhausted to the point that it affects how she treats residents. The lead PCA is just very unprofessional. She talks down to residents and shows them no respect and loves to tell everyone she makes $26 an hour. This place needs major changes before I’d feel comfortable recommending it.
