My grandmother was a resident at the Lodge @ Howard Lake for several years. During the entire process Karla and her team were amazing. They truly became part of our extended family is caring for grandma. All of us live out of state and she did not want to be relocated, the Lodge made this possibly by letting us know she was safe and being cared for. My Mom was a resident of The Lodge in Howard Lake for two years (part of the time was during the Covid pandemic). She was welcomed with open arms by the staff and existing residents. The staff was always patient and compassionate with her needs, often taking extra time just to sit and chat with her. When she had a fall, they were professional and responsive to the care she required. Great place and atmosphere. If your looking for a career in senior healthcare, this is the place for you.
Couldn't be happier with the assisted care facility, moved our folks here about a year now and the staff has been extremely friendly, professional and very caring. Petite facility allows personalized care and activities.
