I recommend going here,. I tried it today for the first time and I love it. Friendly staff and they really work with you if it's your first time. You won't be disappointed my body feel so good. The environment is so overwhelming.
My experience was wonderful! The staff was great ! Clean and professional. I was able to meditate in the sauna and have time to myself before moving into the cold water! I leave feeling great and had energy through the day ! Highly recommend
I've been coming to the lodge for the past three months, and one word to describe my experience is: amazing. The welcoming environment makes you feel right at home. Damian and the staff are incredibly helpful with anything you need, and you can always ask them any question. My body has undergone an incredible transformation, and I can't wait to see what the future holds. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone! 10,000/10.
10/10 I highly recommend if you care about your health and wellness. Worth it for contrast therapy, cold plunge and sauna . The owner is awesome as well.
