Well you might want to have a talk with you driver of vichele TLOT3 as they almost cause an accident on 64 west @1153 on 10/20/21.
I worked here, residents are great! Housekeeping is great, kitchen staff is great! As far as nursing, not the greatest. They have had complaints about staff being rough with residents, being rude with residents, and when it comes to showering some grown men have been man handled. I have witnessed, staff stating that resident refuse showers when they don't, just because staff doesn't want to do them. I visited at least ten senior communities looking for a caring and wonderful place for my recently widowed 85 year old mom, and this is the best by far. Amazing caring ownership, management and front line staff, from chef and dining room to housekeeping to nursing to maintenance. Everyone I meet here has a warm, genuinely enthusiastic attitude.
