My husband was sent to Sanford Health & Rehab after having hip surgery by the VA Hospital in Durham NC. I cannot tell you wonderful his care was, how much he felt at home there, the food was good, the staff were kind and considerate, the physical therapy team, and administrative staff kept me well informed about his progress and any recommendations.
