Been a frequent returning customer. Nice store, prices and selection but recent customer experiences has been extremely poor. I don't usually write reviews but this one is justified. Had several leaking issues with the Rosebud rosin cartridge, got told by different new employees 3-4 times that they dont know "how" to process a refund and come back the next day. Eventually dealt with the following day but major waste of time going and back forth, extremely unprofessional. Happened again today so I voiced my frustration statin... read more
