My kids have found items to meet their bicycle needs every time we have stopped in. Ben is a great help to repair their bikes and has given us reasonable pricing too. Congrats on the new location near the Hampton Bays train station!
This store is a disappointment; poorly run, poorly stocked, substandard customer service. The owner needs to sell it to someone who actually wants to do business in Hampton Bays and the surrounding neighborhoods. I went in to buy tubes for my bike, specified that I wanted Presta valves, and made the mistake of not opening the box in the store, which is what customers need to do with everything they sell. Do not waste your time.
