5 stars is nowhere near enough to give Martin and The Loan Room! We have used Martin and his team previously when we bought our house and now again to refinance. They are professional and efficient, easy to communicate with and so quick to respond. They got us such a significant rate reduction that we just could not have done on our own. We cannot recommend The Loan Room enough we are beyond thrilled with their exceptional service yet again!
