Apologies in advance for the long review, but The Loan Room needs to hailed for how amazing they truly are. Our first experience with another broker was horrific and left us feeling confused, unsupported and with the view that brokers were there just to make money for themselves. Working with The Loan Room, in particular Glen Ellis, has totally and utterly changed that perspective.
