Joanna was very responsive with not only myself but the buyer as well. The loan was done in an amazing 15 days. Even though a previous title issue came up on one of the buyers other properties not only did Joanna jump in to help the buyer get it cleared up she got an exception on our transaction so loan documents were not held up.
