I was first introduced to The Living Blu by a dear friend of mine. I am always one to seek positive change within myself and I thought I would give it a try. I absolutely loved my blu room experience. I have a noticeable increase in energy which is something i have struggled with the past couple years due to depression. I really like how fast a session can be done but yet the effects that i experienced, especially the increase in energy and sense of well-being, last well past the day of my session and on through out the week. I definitely want to start going weekly.

I have been enjoying the Living Blu since it first opened in March. My initial goal was to raise my Vit D levels without supplementation. In just three months of weekly sessions my level increased from 34 to 39.5!!! My team of doctors are impressed, I am relieved and excited about the continued improvements of my overall well being. I have battled cancers and chemo multiple times, which has done a number on my entire body...with the Blu Room sessions I am reclaiming my health!
