We had a couple’s massage and, as always, the overall experience was incredible. A special thank you to Zangmo, who was exceptionally attentive, gentle, and professional. She seemed to be able to feel exactly where my body was holding tension and worked precisely on the areas that needed attention. Little Gem Skin & Spa is truly a hidden treasure. I had one of the most beautiful and relaxing massage experiences of my life with Yu Kawakami. Every second was pure bliss—she is incredibly wonderful, gentle, and genuinely caring. You can feel the passion and intention she puts into her work. I booked in for a Foot Treatment, and the entire process, from the time of booking onward, was super simple. The moment I got in, the staff were truly amazing—so friendly and welcoming. They even offered a complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch. The pressure for the foot massage was spot on, and the foot spa was absolutely perfect (👌). I highly recommend coming here; it is well worth the money! Little Gem is a truly fantastic experience.
Zangmo was the best. This is the best massage and reflexology I’ve had in years. The only bad thing was that it was over too quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back again for a longer treatment next time. Highly recommend Little Gem.
