I have come to this store a couple of times, and ive actually never had a pleasant experience and neither has my partner. The customer service is horrendous. A few years ago I brought cupcakes and provided photos and specified that if they weren't good quality to please ring and we can alter it. No call.... came in to pick them up and the staff were horrid, saying the photos were shit and they didnt work and I specified that I said to contact me and I was dismissed and said that i didnt have that on the comments, which i did... read more
