3 stars for the Pistachio Cheesecake, could have been more stars if not for the bad customer service.
If we could give negative stars we would. She runs probably the worst cake shops in the Rio Grande Valley. Her customer service is hands down one of the worst our family has ever seen. She is outright rude and her cakes suck. Please do not waste your money take your business elsewhere. She has the cake and business IQ of about a 2 yr old.
I would give this cake shop 0 stars. I was a baker/ cake decorator and owned my own business for over 15 years and I would have NEVER treated my customers the way Liz (the owner) treated me. I ordered a 3 tier Mickey Mouse cake from her and she didn’t use dowels to secure the tiers together and because of that it fell over. DOWELING IS NOT A OPTION, IT’S A NECESSITY!! Every Baker knows that! I was horrified when I saw the cake! I called the shop and she said that they don’t use dowels and that it wasn’t her problem. So sad☹️... read more
