I started one star; the story is below. In the end they were able to fulfil my purchase, and I'd use their service again. I would say the mix-up that happened with my order could have happened to anyone, my package got sent back to them and was never delivered, they eventually resent it out to me. By time I received it one of my bottles had broken in shipping. But it had gone across the country 4 times so, I'm not surprised. I filed a claim for the damage with UPS, but we'll see.
