To get me started here, in the last year we have changed property management companies exactly 7 times. I liked the newer company that bought out the apartments so I decided to upgrade to a two bedroom. Here’s where the biggest problems started! There are so many problems and unacceptable hazards here. If you want extreme mediocre apartments, bandaids over everything, cutting corners, maintenance that is incompetent and does not give a crap about the issues in your apartment (all of them have hidden problems) and will harass/and try to intimidate you if you question anything. The "amenities" are a joke (they are non-existent unless you the tiny pools that 3/4 of the time are closed and to filthy to swim in. I love our little apartment however even if it is a little quirky. The apartment is very obviously dated however; There may be issues from time to time one being that they've changed management several times, but I'm giving 5 stars because this new management is excellent. The new maintenance staff is excellent. I had a emergency plumbing related issue yesterday and our issue was handled by a really Professional manger and after hour maintenance staff. Been living here a few months now. It's been a great experience. Haven't had any issues. Always see maintenance or grounds workers doing something. Even like the laundry situation. The app works great and I can keep track of my load from my unit. The pool could use a little attention but otherwise love it so far. Thank you Link staff.
