I’m 23 weeks pregnant and my back and legs have been killing me!! I booked a prenatal massage with Valerie and it was WONDERFUL! She went above and beyond, and even demonstrated some stretches that I can do at home to alleviate some pain. My only regret is choosing 75 minutes instead of 90! Lol! I will be returning the remainder of my pregnancy! Great establishment and great customer service!
Shawn is the absolute best! He takes the time to educate you so that you can contribute to your health. He has helped me with muscle tension release from sitting at a computer all day, mobility restrictions and overall recovery from sports and intense workouts.
I had the pleasure of getting a massage by a new therapist. His name is Lee. He was awesome! He is very accommodating, knowledgeable and manners were on point! I will be back. Thank you Lee and the Lindsey Group for having me.
