The Ligon Firm provides excellent service and very friendly staff would recommend to family and friends! Efficient, professional, and responsive.
I used The Ligon Firm for a property closing and would not recommend or use them again. The communication was very poor and consisted of me having to call to get updates on what was going on with the closing. This included a call and email on the scheduled day of closing to see it was even going to happen. No surprise, it did not close that day.
