In Jan 2013, my attorney Sanford Dow of DGRB recommended Alan F. Levin of The Levin Law Group PC to serve as mediator and arbitrator in a civil case. Already unethical to do both. Unbeknownst to me, I was unaware that Mr. Levin had been previously sued for professional malpractice by The Kassab Law Firm. Had I known I would have never agreed to hire him to serve as mediator/arbitrator.
