Do not use. Tom is awful. We had a simple contractor fraud case. He told us if we pursued a lower amount then the damages we’d have a very straightforward case. He said we’d be done in 4-6 weeks and it would be 5-8 hours of his time. To work with us he said he’d do the work as a retainer and he would be able to get started right away.
