Jacob and his staff are amazing people. Really take the time to answer all your lemon law questions and explain the possible scenarios. He was able to secure a 100% buyback of my Land Rover Defender from JLR including reimbursement of all payments made AND a mileage waiver. It took a few months but it was well worth it.
