Today i over came my anxieties, due to my poor mobility,and plucked up the courage to go swimming.Am activity i once loved when i was fully mobile. The reception lady was fantastic and she asked other staff to let me look round and talked me through the whole process. They were all great and made me feel at ease.I also met some other lovely people in the pool.Cant wait to go again.Thankyou to Ibrahim for the BEEP referral. X
Very underwhelming experience unfortunately. I visited as a carer along with a gent with special needs. We arrived slightly late for the additional needs swim (1:15pm) but I assumed that we could still go in for the remainder of this, and then stay on for the main swimming session. Unfortunately this wasn't possible, as I was informed that staff have a break in between sessions and obviously the pool isn't monitored during this, so we had to go back into the car to wait 45 mins until 2pm.
