I was represented by Kara Hill. She did absolutely nothing to help me. Whenever I had a question for her, she pawned me off on Casey Flores, who was rude, disrespectful and highly inappropriate it’s her language. Any questions my family or myself had were met with arguing and telling us it couldn’t be done. Our opinions didn’t matter. I could give zero stars I would. This is the most unprofessional, unprepared “office” I’ve ever seen. In the time I was paying this firm I talked to Kara twice. She puts Casey Flores at the helm who is a disgusting, foul mouth, rude employee. Every time we wanted to give our opinion or state our view or desire on anything. Casey met us with attitude, cursing, and downright told us we were never going to get what we wanted. Phone calls to Casey ended up in a screaming match with her usually calling me vile names.
