Not helpful at all!!! I have called about two different Legal issues. And it’s very strange how I don’t qualify for neither one of them. It doesn’t have anything to do with income or anything like that. I get asked a ton of questions and then after the questionnaire, the lady tells me I don’t qualify. What is the Purpose of this organization?!?
I can imagine this organization is very busy with all the requests coming in. But what I dont understand is a lady calling me and asking a couple of questions about my case, then asking me more than 20 minutes about details, and I mean details, of my financials only to tell me that my case is a consumer case and will not qualify. Fine, but you knew this at the begining of the conversation why did you keep asking about my bank accounts, my social security number and payments and 20 more questions about my financials? No matter what I call and ask for assistance with it's always a recommendation to a law firm or a conflict of interest in assistance nothing but a joke
I would like to thank Mr. Nicholas Kerr who helped me a tax issue with the State of Ohio. It took sometime however a little patience and I am very happy with the end result.
I had very very bad experience with the older African American woman who wears glasses that works at the Front desk. She was very rude, very dismissive, and very insensitive. She had an attitude as soon as I approached the desk to ask a couple of questions regarding a certain matter.
