After nearly a year of worsening experiences and unjust hearings, I called Legal Aid and these terrific lawyers had my case resolved in less than a month! If you think Legal Aid is bad over the phone.. good luck at the office.. hopefully Trump takeaway the funds that goes to pay Useless workers .
Might as well jump on the Jfs bandwagon because these hold/wait times are ridiculous. I didn’t speak to anyone and I was not offered a call back option but a prerecorded message that hung up on me. Please realize and understand that we all don’t have time to wait on the phone all day long and to patiently wait for the door to be slammed in our faces when help is truly needed. Do better
