I rarely leave negative feedback for agencies offering assistance but I feel a need to let others know what to expect. I have contacted them on 4 occasions requesting assistance with the foreclosure of my home. I was advised that they weren't able to assist. The 2nd time was a request for assistance with a storage unit company who sold my unit with my life's possessions without any type of notice. I was told to look into small claims court.
