Please DO NOT send your loved ones here! They absolutely DO NOT care about you or their patients. The lack of professionalism from Pam Stern and Elizabeth is horrific. It shows how little they care about this facility and who is residing here.
Amazing experience!
This facility is top notch. It is clean, the CNAs (all except one) are helpful, caring, personable, professional and very hard working. I was there 28 or 29 days before being transferred to “Motel Hell” (per Medicare rules) that was nothing like Legacy. My physical therapist was great, I would have preferred a different occupational therapist, but I received a great start to healing from my shoulder replacement surgery here for which I am eternally grateful.
Do not go here. My mom was treated like a number not a person. Not safe location, I can walk-in . I was never stopped until I brought it to their attention. My mom was there for a short time. They did little to help my mom when she was in pain. They did not do physical therapy like what was needed for my mother’s recovery. We left to a place that could take care of her needs
