I went to belmont for physical therapy. From the first night things began a turn for the worst. Several nurse and tech treated my very poorly.. Everyday they washed my clothes they lost all my articles of clothing so I was left only my underwater to wear during my stay... The food was bad and to top it all off I contracted scabies while there so I would highly recommend another facility that does not contain the plethora of problems this assisted living/physical therapy program had. I score it a D -

Been a resident for one year and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is amazing, always making sure are needs are met, and the residents are the warmest most welcoming people anywhere. I’d give it ten stars if I could!!!!
