Legacy at Noel Manor, as a “memory care facility” and it’s staff, has been and will forever be a truly blessed memory for myself and my family. I came to WI from NC on July 4th, to assist in the care of our second cousin after he was supposed to have had surgery. Due to unforeseen circumstances, this never happened. Absolutely do not recommend. My father was in memory care for 3 nights. A door was left unlocked and he got out in the middle of the night. Staff never knew he was missing. We got a call from Verona Police that found him trying to cross Hwy M. Thank goodness a private citizen called in. He missed breakfast and not one person on their staff knew my father was MISSING. The facility admitted to an unlocked door. But could have cared less. All were unprofessional and The entire staff was RUDE! Do not let your loved one near this... read more
Beautiful facility to work and to place your Love ones for home like setting here at The legecy you can trust that your love one will get the proper care they deserve and always are in good hands , If I could rate the legacy it’ll be 10 starts for me
