I had a positive experience. They were very responsive and timely in filing my tax returns.
The Lee Accountancy Group did an extremely bad job with my tax returns. They have poor internal and external communication. I had to hound them to tell me when my taxes would be ready for my review. Once I had finally reviewed and approved my taxes, someone on their internal team made late changes to my return, and submitted the wrong return to the IRS without getting my approval. I contacted with the Lee agency in 2021 because I had filed the previous year's taxes with TurboTax, and there were some mistakes that I wanted fixed. I knew from the beginning that I wanted them to review my return and file an amendment on my behalf. In June, I had my initial contact with them and gave them my documentation.
