While my overnight stay at Palisades was great. When I visited this shop on my first day there, I was not only not helped I was stared at for the entirety of my visit as if I was going to steal something. The lowlife looking punk beside the register needs to understand customers are who ensure he has job. I still went ahead and bought a belt for my wife. Never buying anything from here ever again.
Rudest customer service ever. A guy named Kir or Kjerdev, whatever it was, was so rude it wasn't even funny. He didn’t bother to greet us when we walked in, and upon checkout, he was even ruder. He said "what" in the rudest tone when I responded to whether I wanted a bag and didn’t even say bye or thanks for shopping after giving the receipt. It was clear he didn’t like it when I gave the same attitude back. You reap what you sow, brother. Y'all need to train your staff better—he’s a disgrace to your store and your image.
