01/13/2016 also purchased a sofa from this company 2 years ago. When I began noticing the finish wearing off, I reached out and was told that this is normal and was offered to replace for a substantial fee, despite having a 5 year warranty. Not acceptable. I have purchased three different custom-made leather furniture pieces from The Leather Sofa Company and all three have stood the test of time, pets, spills and sleep-overs. Bar Stools - check! Living room chairs - check! Over-sized custom-made to fit sectional in our den - check! oh... and a matching coffee-style table to go with the sectional - check. Completely satisfied with The Leather Sofa Company product as well as service.

This company quoted me five weeks for delivery it took seven weeks, my sofa has a cut in the leather they said there's nothing that can be done to fix it, was in the cow? My cushins were over stuffed the zippers didn't line up, absolutely the worst craftsmanship I've encountered. Quite simply I got ripped off 5,000 for a chair and sofa that looks nothing like what they have on the show room floor. Buyer Beware - especially of the warranty! I have never written a bad review online of any company, but felt the consumer needs to be aware of this. We purchased a $6,100 leather sofa from Marty at Leather Sofa Company. We were sold a 5-year warranty and told that it would cover everything - even rips, tears, burns, etc. What they failed to tell us was that it didn't cover poor workmanship and neither does Leather Sofa Company! "Beware of Bogus Reviews" ?? Who takes into account anything whether positive or negative posted as a review for the company they work for? Irrelevant review & a waste of good bandwidth.

This company makes great couches as long as you don't have any plans on sitting on them. Silly me, I thought when I paid over $6,700 for a custom leather couch that I could actually use it . Not so, as soon as you start sitting on it the color will immediatly begin wearing off. To make you feel better about your your purchase they will completely ingnore your complaint and blame it on something that you did. Understand before you buy that their warranty does not cover the finish.

Cheaply Made Product/Co Doesn't stand by workmanship – First of all, it took 3 shots for them to make the ottoman I ordered in the first place. Next, they got the cording mixed up on the cushions and so I had to wait while they corrected that issue. The color started fading really bad maybe a month after my purchase and now looks horrible. BE CAREFUL OF BOGUS REVIEWS – One unreasonable customer reviewed all five stores (he did not shop in this one) in a vindictive attempt to mislead others and slander a fine, honest company producing very high quality products. The BBB rates TLSC A+!! Visit any of these great stores and decide for yourself.

I regret ever walking in this store. The sofa, chair and ottoman we received in our home was nothing like what we saw on the showroom floor. When we voiced our dissatisfaction with not only the salesman but the owner as well, they basically said there was nothing they would do about it. We were willing to take the 40% restocking fee hit but the owner declined.
