Beautiful house the lady there treats everyone like her family
Today was my first time visiting this home. My Grandmother lives here. I have to say the home is very very clean and beautiful. Having worked 15 years in LTC I can tell a lot of work went into your meaningful care matters projects. I love that every room has a different door decal so it looks like different apartments. I love that the name plates were decorated with the winter theme. Well done. Psws and nurses were all very approachable and knowledgeable. Very home like.
I am overwhelmed by the great changes that my mom has gone through since being moved to the LTC facility. She is Definitely bloomed. Reduced isolation and Carin care givers sure make a difference.

The staff at the home are wonderful caring people! The courtyard and gardens are beautiful, and there's lots of activities for the residents.
