Poor service, Ismail is slow to reply, lacks professionalism. I sent a list of queries about the lease and he just forwarded my email to their lawyer continuing things such as "should we negotiate on this?" mean as a question to Ismail. Would avoid.
Am currently using their conveyancing service and my God what a horrible experience. Seller has sent through everything needed to complete the sale but I've not received anything from this lot. Every time I call, and I've been calling every week (sometimes twice a week) I'm fobbed off. I've not had one conversation with the solicitor handling my case and now there's someone new handling it, and I still can't get to speak to him or her. Purchased a property and instructed them as my solicitor. Ismail was really helpful with handling everything, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
