I contacted Ty for help with a potential 3rd DUI case where I was under the legal limit to operate a motor vehicle. It was .05 if I remember correctly. Anyhow, I know a 3rd DUI case doesn't sound great on my part, but my prior DUIs were 1) for marijuana possession and I got a dui as well 2) for driving while on prescription medication (which i don't use that medication anymore because it makes you sleepwalk).
