I'm completely satisfied with the service I received. Carey Ward is incredibly experienced and handled my case professionally, resolving it quickly. What impressed me most was his willingness to stay and assist with the paperwork afterward, demonstrating his helpfulness.
My experience with this firm was deeply disappointing. While the initial consultation was promising, the actual representation was severely lacking. After paying my retainer, communication became a major issue. Phone calls and emails went unanswered for weeks at a time, leaving me in the dark about the status of my case. As Tina Turner would say, they are simply the best. The person who recommended me to this law firm guaranteed me that I won’t be disappointed and certainly I was not disappointed at all job well done for me by this attorney specifically, Attorney Carey Ward. We had a terrible experience with this lawfirm. Not sure how they're getting 4 or 5 stars from anyone unless they prioritize other people's cases based on the charges and what the client pays. I believe everyone's case should priority. If not specify that during the initial consultation. We had to chase them down repeatedly through emails and phone calls requesting to speak with the appointed lawyer.
